BUDGET AND FINANCE: How do I invoice for an Unscheduled Visit?

Unscheduled visits can be invoiced one of two ways – at the visit level, or at the procedure level.

If you’d like to invoice at the visit level, you’ll find a place for the Unscheduled Visit fee at the bottom of the Revenue section of your budget configuration.

If you’d like to invoice at the procedure level, you’ll add the applicable procedure to the ‘Procedure Logic’ section of the budget, and populate a fee in the Unscheduled column.

BUDGET AND FINANCE: How do I make an item invoiceable?

On the right side of each visit-level and procedure-level fee field, there is a grey icon with a $ symbol on it that looks like this:

Clicking on the icon will change its color to orange, and mark the item as invoiceable.

E-SOURCE: How do I assign to-dos to other users?

To create a to-do, go to the To-dos page within the subject profile. Click on the “Create New To-Do” Button. Among the input fields for your To-do details, the Assignee field allows you to choose a user on the study that is responsibile for completing the task.

E-SOURCE: How do I assign a task to a PI?

Depending on the task, you can create a subject level to do from the subject To-dos section and assign the to-do to the PI; you can route labs for signature to the PI; or you can leave comments for the PI using the @ symbol to tag the PI on completed visits. You can also use the PI Sign Off feature to create an automated queue for PI review of completed source data.

E-SOURCE: If I remove a procedure from a study that has a visit in progress, will the procedure be deleted?

If the procedure was saved and the visit in question is in partially complete status, the procedure will not be removed.

E-SOURCE: Can I add an internal comment to a visit that is in progress?

Internal comments can only be made for partially completed or completed visits.

E-SOURCE: How do I know if I am viewing the most updated version of a report?

Each report has a Last Processed stamp at the top of the report, which shows the date/time in which the report was last run.

E-SOURCE: How do I unlock a procedure?

If the procedure is locked by you, reopen the visit and click on a new procedure to unlock it. If the procedure is locked by a user not currently on site, contact CRIO support.

E-SOURCE: What is the CRIO Playground study?

A site’s first study to allow their users to “play” in the system without logging real data.

E-SOURCE: How do I upload a new version of a document into CRIO eSource?

While document versioning exists for study level documents, for subject documents, every new version needs to be uploaded separately as a new document in the subject’s chart.
